This 2-hour virtual class has been designed for parents hoping to minimize the use of pain medication and other interventions during childbirth. Expectant moms and their partners will learn and practice a variety of natural coping techniques for managing pain during labor and delivery.
Moms should plan on wearing comfortable pants or leggings during the class, as well as as have a yoga mat or towel available. We recommend first-time moms (or those desiring a refresher) take one of our childbirth classes prior to taking this low intervention class.
