Balance and Conditioning Class

The Balance and Conditioning class assists patients with risk or history of falling or those who need improved overall stability. Through a combination of increasing strength, endurance, flexibility and balance the goals of improving overall stability and decreasing fall risk is attained. Classes are taught by Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. A Physical Therapy Aide may also assist as needed. The classes are held in a small group format. A caretaker may need to be present to assist patients on and off equipment depending on the individual’s abilities and safety. A medical release form must be signed by a physician before participating in the class.

Cost:

$15 per class. Please note that insurance does not cover the cost of the class.
