The rehabilitation physician, a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, leads and coordinates a team to meet your medical, physical, and emotional needs.

This interdisciplinary team includes:

  • Rehabilitation nurse
  • Neuropsychologist
  • Physical therapist
  • Occupational therapist
  • Speech-language pathologist
  • Recreation therapist
  • Case coordinator
  • Medical social worker
  • Dietitian
  • Consultants ordered by the physician
